Im'a wait until a trailer comes out to solidify this. Warner hasn't really been the best with theatrical animation as of late.

Here's a fun little progression of the girls bedroom - from thumbnail to final paint!! There's nothing I love more than filling BGs with dense, character-driven details and Lisa really let me run wild with all of these. GO WATCH MOUTHWASH MADNESS!!!

All Skydance has to do is get rid of Lasseter and have their own unique identity and we can actually give their movies a chance. Simple as that! Otherwise, they'll keep being a lolcow.

People not in Minnesota: please read this excellent summary of what life is like in Minneapolis since the murderous scum ICE swarmed here. And more are on their way. By local reporter / writer / bike dude / legend @dbrauer.net .

Text: “A friend said those of us who live in Minneapolis should write about what's going on here for folks who live elsewhere. You need to know that whether you're a Republican, Independent or Democrat, the Constitution is being violated by our federal government. This is not about catching criminals, or even deporting people. It is about punishing an entire state, including
citizens, for not supporting the president. Everyone in my part of Minneapolis is affected. On our streets, ICE is stopping people of color and demanding their papers. In America. US citizens do not have to prove citizenship to ICE. Yet people are being intimidated, some cases beaten up and detained, for requiring ICE to follow the law. ICE needs a judicial warrant to enter homes. Yet there are documented cases of them
ignoring the law - violating a bedrock constitutional principle. Americans of color are staying home, afraid to go to work, school, to grocery shop, or fill their cars with gas. This isn't just "illegals" or immigrants with valid work permits, it is citizens who have had their cars rammed by ICE for merely looking Hispanic. Businesses are closing. Schools are 50 percent full. When they are open, fascists are calling in bomb threats because the
president decided to make us a meme. After a daycare teacher with a valid work permit (through 2030) was snatched from her workplace, parents (and grandparents) have had to organize to watch their SCHOOLS, to make sure conditional rights are observed. This is being repeated throughout Minnesota. Imagine trying to do your job or live you life while also taking volunteer shifts to make sure the federal
government doesn't act extrajudicially.
Because of ICE's documented abuses, neighbors have organized to monitor federal actions. This observation is legal, as long as it doesn't interfere with a valid action. Yet since ICE killed Renee Good, they are increasingly stopping this observation, breaking car windows and …”

(She-Ra rewatch update) Is it a hot take to admit that Entrapta's kind of...frustrating through the show at times? Like...why does she do a long vacant stare like that? And she does it again a bit afterwards.

I don't care that she's an anime voice acting legend, she's been overexposed for like... the last decade now, give her voice a break, get someone else there. Put her at a supporting role, at least, she doesn't need another main role...

@kamisulit.bsky.social Hey there, just wondering, I might comission ya in the future at some point, but I wonder, do you only draw girls or can you also draw femboys?

010

Luis G. Gonzalez Moret @mesousagaby.bsky.social · 31/12/2025

It's gotten to the point that we need a movie where it's like the 1984 short film, where cats are constantly opressed by dogs in media or something like that.

000

Luis G. Gonzalez Moret @mesousagaby.bsky.social · 31/12/2025

I just now heard that we're getting an animated film called "Charlie The Wonderdog" next month, and here's it's synopsis: "A dog gains superpowers after he is abducted by aliens. Together, they battle an evil cat--" MORE CAT RACISM. WHY ARE THESE DOG MOVIES SO HORNY FOR THEM?!

010

Luis G. Gonzalez Moret @mesousagaby.bsky.social · 31/12/2025

How about we replace "doomscrolling" with "hornyscrolling"? It's scrolling but you see lewd art and this way you can support artists by paying them comissions.

000

Luis G. Gonzalez Moret @mesousagaby.bsky.social · 30/12/2025

Let me clarify: At least Hoopa and the Clash Of Ages is unintentionally hilarious at how it tries it be this big blockbuster movie with the MANY legendaries featured. Temple Of The Sea outright LIES to the audience that were hoping that it'd just focus on May the whole way.

000

Luis G. Gonzalez Moret @mesousagaby.bsky.social · 30/12/2025

If I ever make a Pokemon movie ranking video, if you're a fan of Manaphy and the Temple Of The Sea, you might need to dodge it cause I would tear it to pieces. "No, Hoopa and the Clash Of Ages is the worst one." At least that movie doesn't give you a big middle finger.

A few people asked if I was ever interested in developing a pilot…and yeah I’ve made a few pitch bibles over the years! It’s disappointing how little is being made and how more studios are moving forward with AI, so hope seams a bit bleak. Glad there’s so much indie stuff now!
