I don't love the UB price hike, but it's smaller than for masters/horizon sets and has actual financial justification (even though wotc could absolutely eat it.) Powercreep had slowed in the last 18 months, and as an eternal player 6 sets total vs 6 standard sets makes no difference to me

Hi, been playing for 28 years, only taken 2 breaks each about 2 years long. I judged for nearly a decade, played multiple GPs, world magic cup qualis, pptq's etc. Openly and repeatedly speak out against anti consumer behaviours, and the power creep speeding up the game I love. UB is (mostly) great.

I think for me, it's more internal that that attitude has had to change. I mean I still WANT a cinnamon bun the size of my face but I'm happy already that's bonus now. My existence has a baseline happiness now.
