The weekend starts here! Love the patterns that breaking waves leave behind, whether it's on a beach or in the sea. This is from October 2023. #DronePhotography #DJIMavic3Pro #Iceland
Layers of waves meet a river on a black sand beach. The breaking waves make nice patterns in the water.

They condemn certain Arab nations for shit like this. Y'know, the ones they call "barbaric", "third world", "uncultured". What's the difference between a public beheading, and aurafarming a nation by livestreaming an execution by firing squad?

'Blackberrying.' (1917) Harold Harvey used the theme of fruit picking throughout his career; the women and girls in the work of this period are absorbed in their own thoughts, something which reflects the preoccupations of the time with the ongoing war across the water in France

Gorgeous Normanton Chapel, on the shores of Rutland Water 😍 Built on the foundations of a medieval church, this building was constructed in the C19, but in classical style. When the reservoir was created in the 1970’s, the lower level was filled with rubble and concrete to save the rest of it.

He literally set off a bomb in a UK street. If this had been the IRA Pierce would calling for them to be hung, drawn and quartered. This is domestic terrorism pure and simple. A bomb set off to terrorise with the aim of getting a government to change its policy. Literally a textbook definition.
