i think one of the things i like most about pete alonso is during interviews he gives credit and thanks to the teams hard work and efforts throughout the game, rather than because god ordained them specifically to win that game.

this was on my performance review as a negative but i think it's a positive? (i am only like this with generative ai, i promise)

I have witnessed Scott shutting down iverse perspectives and ideas within the team, particularly when team members express excitement about experimenting with new technologies, such as emerging AI solutions. Rather than making spce for these ideas and encouraging a culture of shared curiosuty, Scott's approach can make team members feel discouraged from brining their ideas to the table
