General conclusions/models? Efficient SUMOylation as a new function of (some) BTB domains + it supports a hypothesis that structural SUMOylation motifs pre-organised for productive UBC9 engagement may be more efficiently modified than typical flexible SUMOylation motifs. Might apply to other PTMs.
