Ich habe Marmorgugelhupf gebacken. Zwei Sorten von zähflüssigem Teig werden langsam bewegt, gestreckt und gefaltet, anstatt sich einfach zu vermischen. Die Strömung ist näherungsweise laminar (ohne Turbulenz). Das ist dasselbe Prinzip, das auch in heißem Gestein zu ganz ähnlichen Mustern führt.
