Jürgen Habermas war in der Intellektuellengeneration eine der deutlichsten Stimmen für die europäische Integration. Andere wurden immer nationaler, er nicht. Zuletzt im Nov 2025 in der SZ: "die weitere politische Integration Europas so überlebenswichtig wie noch nie." Er wird fehlen.

Tja, genau so ist die verfassungs- & völkerrechtliche Lage. Bei uns noch Service-Hinweis auf Art. 26 GG: DE darf sich nicht an einem Angriffskrieg beteiligen. Dilemma zwischen hochgradiger Wünschbarkeit dass das Mörderregime im Iran endet und weiterer Demontage des Verfassungs- und Völkerrechts.

Genau. Das ist NICHT normal. Die Polizei- und Strafrechtler könnten auch etwas lauter betonen dass das alles in DE hochgradig rechtswidrig wäre, damit bloss keiner von rechtsaussen auf die Idee kommt, mit den entsprechenden Mehrheiten könnte man die Polizei bei uns doch auch mal auf Migranten hetzen
