Customer service has gotten materially worse. Web search is barely usable. Webpages have become less functional and those that still work are buckling under 100x the traffic. Basic computer functionality we've taken for granted has been trashed. Malpractice has proliferated across every industry.

at my docs request i had lowered back my injection dose very, very slightly to compensate for elevated SHBG. i noticed similar emotional dysregulation after a month of the lesser dose and adjusted to my previous higher dose and it made a big difference.
