Fucking finally. Tokyopop tried this back in 2005 or so, & they famously only did the 1st volume, cancelled at the 2nd, & the one volume they DID publish they swapped around the chapter order because they didn't like how it read. God damn that felt like yesterday. Time flies.

I remember my father telling me how anti trust laws worked as a kid. Something like "Well son, we have laws where one electric company can't just buy all the OTHER electric companies. Anyone think it's weird that Japan still censors minors smoking this way? At least in the U.S. when they had someone underage smoke, it was with the intent of showing WHY that's a bad idea. In Japan it's like "There's something going on in this guy's mouth...we can't SAY what it is!"

Seeing people realize not all CRTs were Trinitrons is funny. A VGA monitor, a 40 inch Shadow Mask, & a 9 inch SONY will ALL look different depending on condition & size. That's one of the cool things about tube TVs, no 2 look exactly alike. Especially now since they're breaking.

There was a Lain exhibit, & I realized a CRT setup either needs to be 100% square & symmetrical, or messy as shit. Anything in the middle is just extra noise. It's kind of like how nobody talks about "mid" anime. You want something to go fully in one direction. The middle ground is where it sucks
