This hearing should have been four minutes, not four hours. Of course a court can’t restrain the press from publishing documents the government mistakenly released. Let’s hope the judge was listening in his first-year constitutional law class.

A lot to digest in this ruling, but this is a great outcome and big 1A win in the Stanford Daily v. Rubio case--where students correctly said our government's retaliatory actions against Rümeysa Öztürk, Mahmoud Khalil, and others was chilling student journalism and related speech.

Ideally you go in mid- to late October. But hotels anywhere near downtown are stupid expensive on home game weekends. So while it's a fun cultural experience to be downtown on gameday, you'll want to stick with an away-game weekend. (Or stay out on Straw Plains Pike, I guess. But don't do that.)

Grew up there, UTK grad, & return often. Done right, can be a nice trip. Stick mostly w/downtown, Old City and 4th&Gill area. Stay at The Oliver. Eat at JC Holdway, A Dopo, Osteria Stella. Stroll Market Square and check out Ijams, Island Home Park, and South Knox. Go to the Smokies via Maryville.
