The richest 10% produce roughly half of lifestyle consumption emissions. Climate action that ignores inequality is incomplete. Fair transition means the biggest polluters cut the most, and the most vulnerable are protected first. Justice is not optional. #ClimateJustice #JustTransition

True progress shouldn't cost the Earth. When GDP treats environmental disasters as economic wins, the metric itself is the crisis. We need a shift toward Genuine Progress Indicators (GPI) that factor in climate costs. We must stop signing our own death certificates with clever accounting. 🏛️🌱

Got this tidbit from my electric utility today - my electric usage last week totaled $0. I used AC. I did laundry. Charged my car. Cooked food. Ran the dishwasher. The solar panels on my roof worked overtime in the hot sun.
Great news from my electric utility: usage last week was less than $1. Previous week (overcast and raining) was $2. Solar. It makes electricity. No emissions.

Every mile your food travels adds to the climate crisis. When you buy from local farmers, you cut transportation emissions dramatically, keep money circulating in your community, and get produce at peak freshness. Small switch. Massive impact. Be the change at the checkout. 💪
