This is a problem but it is worth pointing out that it has the exact same solution we use for human bias in this situation: don't include the applicant's name or other irrelevant identifying information (birthplace, high school, etc.)

There are not enough trans people to swing a general election basically anywhere in the US, so cis people: you can just relax about how trans people are going to vote. In real life trans people overwhelmingly vote for Democrats anyway. If you are mad at a trans person on here just move on, please.

Recurring problem with a lot of very revealing red carpet looks is that runway models can just be actually mostly naked while celebs have to do a lot of trompe l'oeil and structural gizmos to avoid a wuh-oh with the FCC. Makes a lot of the dresses look awkward.
