Getting sufficient dosage for that might require injections. It sounds like you're on oral, which I don't have any experience with (my prescriber strongly prefers patches or injections). Everyone has different experiences with different methods, and whatever you're doing now is worthwhile

So my caveat is that I'm pretty sure I was very low-T before starting E, so I can't sincerely speak from personal experience, but estradiol in sufficient dosage does suppress testosterone by itself. Once T is adequately suppressed it might be worth experimenting for a bit.

The irony is that this actually sounds a lot like how training data affects a large language model. It's not stored in a specific place, and you don't explicitly retrieve it, but it does change the model in an orderly way. (I don't think brains are LLMs or vice versa, either.)

Misleading headlines notwithstanding, no one really has the slightest idea how the brain changes after we have learned to sing a song or recite a poem. But neither the song nor the poem has been ‘stored’ in it. The brain has simply changed in an orderly way that now allows us to sing the song or recite the poem under certain conditions. When called on to perform, neither the song nor the poem is in any sense ‘retrieved’ from anywhere in the brain, any more than my finger movements are ‘retrieved’ when I tap my finger on my desk. We simply sing or recite – no retrieval necessary.

The one interesting caveat from the "making of" document is that the model took 16 passes at generating the song itself with Suno and that the eventual song used was in some way manually edited and provided by the user. Not sure if there's any more detail on precisely what and why
