Mr Albanese said he had a "frank" discussion with OpenAI's chief executive Sam Altman, saying the company took three months to notify the government of the breach and, when it did, the notification was in an email sent to the Services Australia public inbox.

#WyrdWednesday In ancient Mexica belief, death began a journey. To reach Mictlán, realm of the dead, the soul faced a long passage through the underworld. At its first river, a xoloitzcuintli dog could help the dead cross the waters. Even beyond death, the dog remained a companion. #Mexicanlore

Anyone who has ever had a dog knows this look. It's the one they give you when they can tell something is wrong, and they have decided they are not leaving your side... This beautiful painting is called Fidelity, and it was made by British artist Briton Rivière in 1869.

🏺 soothing my anxiety by staring at this Pre-Dynastic Egyptian game piece in the shape of the dog, on view at the Walters Art Museum 📜 good boy art.thewalters.org/object/71.622/
This piece is an ivory dog which was probably intended as a gaming piece. It is prone, looking straight ahead and it's tail is curled over its right haunch. It has pendant ears and is depicted wearing a collar around its neck

Wonderful ancient artistry! About 40,000 years ago, this small, graceful horse figurine was carved from mammoth ivory! Imagine the #IceAge artist at work, sitting by the warmth of a fire, creating what is the world’s oldest known figure of a horse! 📷 by me #FindsFriday #Archaeology
My photo shows a profile view of a small horse figurine with head to the left, displayed against a dark background. Sculpted from mammoth ivory, the surface is a mottled greyish-earthy-brown colour with a shiny patina. It was once likely off-white in colour. The head is gracefully lowered with a long and elegant curving neck, and a convex curved back. The four legs are incomplete. The top of the tail remains. The eyes, nostrils, and mouth are carved as indents. It measures a mere 2.5 cm in height, 4.8 cm width, and 0.7 cm depth.

The 'Vogelherd Horse' was excavated in 1931, together with a number of other ivory animal figurines from the Vogelherd Cave, Swabian Jura, Germany. It is the oldest known sculpture of a horse. On display at the Museum of Ancient Cultures, at Hohentübingen Castle, Tübingen, Germany.

One reason right-wing slime and incel detritus are pushing for a repeal of the 19th Amendment is because they feel like they are losing control of their lives. In the capitalist system poor men dont have control of their lives, time or bodies but as a conciliation they have always controlled women.

This Zapotec (from Oaxaca) effigy vessel, c. 500 CE, features a figure in an elaborate bird-butterfly headdress holding a staff and copal bag. Used in ritual offerings, the bird-like helmets shows the "descending bird" motif, signifying a bridge between the earthly realm and the heavens.

Five clay dogs buried under a palace doorway at Nineveh around 645 BC. Each one has its name written on its side in cuneiform. Expeller of evil. Catcher of the enemy. Biter of his foe. Loud is his bark. Don't think, bite. That last one is an instruction, written on the dog, addressed to the dog.

Jacques Lipchitz (born otd in 1891) 🎂 : Harlequin with Clarinet, 1919 Limestone sculpture 29.75 x 11 x 10.25 in 75.6 x 27.9 x 26 cm The Barnes Foundation, Philadelphia Further description in the alt text 👇 (Tap for full view)
3D Cubism:
The piece successfully translates the flat, two-dimensional planes of Cubist painting (pioneered by Pablo Picasso and Juan Gris) into a fully dimensional, freestanding sculptural form.

Commedia dell'arte:
The subject utilizes characters from traditional Italian theater, which became highly popular motifs among the Paris avant-garde. Lipchitz noted that artists were drawn to these figures for their geometric costumes and festive associations.

Abstract Geometry:
The human form is entirely deconstructed into a series of interlocking, blocky, and angular shapes.

Visual Pun:
A single small carved circle serves a dual purpose, simultaneously representing the figure's eye and the finger holes of the clarinet.
