Very difficult to walk anywhere efficiently when the buildings and sky keep doing this.

Spent most of today biking on rural highways in China and I was struck by how okay it was despite the lack of infrastructure. People actually driving at the 40 km/h speed limit because of ubiquitous photo radar makes a huge difference. Speed enforcement works! (Also check out this cool karst)
