Exactly. Gang raping a girl or woman by making her excessively drunk, drugged, or unconscious obviously means she was unable to consent. Therefore, no doubt she was raped. When you picture homeless people, you imagine men in rags, on the streets. Homeless people come in all walks of life e.g. women, kids, babies, seniors, disabled, formerly very rich people, all races, etc. Couch surfing, non-stop temp housing, living in motor vehicles are homelessness.

I've been advocating for this in Canada! NYC proves it works, so maybe it'll finally happen in Toronto! People need a stable address b/c employers one. Wifi & computer to apply. Allows for storing belongings, sleep, clean up for interviews Need a place to recover after surgery, store meds, etc.
