I finished watching the first season of The Sopranos yesterday. First off; The entire cast did a great job portraying their characters. The world feels super real. The story feels like it's plodding at points but it all builds up to something. I hate Livia Soprano *so much.* Fav Episode: College

Just came back from the Resident Evil movie. It's nice to actually see a game franchise get used in such a way that makes a good movie. The guy playing Bryan did a really good job. I wish we got to spend more time with some of the other characters. Never trust Umbrella to not be incompetent.

Finished Fallen Aces Episode 2 today. Aside from the glaringly awful Bare Treads and the mediocre Friends In High Places, I'd say that this episode was a pretty solid improvement over the original. My favorite chapter was Hide And Seek. That one rocks. Start: 06. 09. 2026 End: 12. 09. 2026

Currently playing through Fallen Aces Episode 2. I'll give my full thoughts on it when I beat it but *holy shit* is Bare Treads awful. Visually great but bad to play. Nothing feels like it fits and all of the im-sim stuff feels like it gets discarded for linear action. Broke my non-lethal run too.

Re-beat the first episode of Fallen Aces today. I had been putting off replaying it due to personal issues but now that I'm happier, I can say that this game still fucks pretty hard. I played non-lethally, trying to do a Dishonored thing and that went okay. Start: 1. 09. 2026 End: 6. 09. 2026

A game like Tetris Effect couldn't be made nowadays. It's a game that I think is built to be as hopeful as possible. I love it. I finished a full run of it today and I took some screenshots of it. Hydelic, the guy behind the music, did a great damn job. I should make a tierlist of the levels.

Watched the Death of Robin Hood. I... I really liked this movie. I liked the sombreness, the bleakness and the raw brutality of it. I kind of separated it from the mythos at points but I think that adds to it. Hugh Jackman, Jodie Comer, Murray Bartlett and Faith Delaney's acting was great. 8/10

I partook in this year's #Artfight much more seriously than I did last year. It was an invigorating experience, full of love for art and people's creativity and it was one of the few things that kept me happy during the shitty month of July. Here's hoping I live to see the next one.
