I fell so far behind in my #DHmakes sleep/insomnia physicalization that it started feeling too overwhelming to pick it back up (I’ve got more than 3 months’ worth of sleep stitch). So I’m gently pushing myself to chip away at it, a little at a time. Hoping I can at least get thru July’s sleep today
