According to the role‑play, the plot here is set in an omegaverse where everyone can get pregnant and give birth — it’s just a matter of the percentage. For example, it’s much harder for alphas to get pregnant, and the strain on their bodies is greater than it would be for omegas, because an alpha’s body undergoes changes. Omegas can get pregnant, but the probability is very low.
