His body is hexcorized from neck down, parts of his chest and right leg being visible under a blanket which is turned inside out to the red side instead of blue. His hair and facial hair are slightly less grown out than in season 2 in the ravine, the bangs messily covering his forehead. There’s a vacant look in his half lidded eyes which faintly glow purple.
