For a <55 pt with no personal or family history of early skin cancer there's no reaso to see a derm for skin checks. The data is clear hypervigilant screening doesnt improve melanoma outcomes. But PE derm model leans on 5 min screenings for volume so a lot of private practices don't wanna hear it.
