Allowing Open AI to call these “rogue agents” lets them dodge responsibility - they made them, directed them and set them free without caring about the consequences. Our laws need to catch up to hold them accountable before worse happens.

Pushed the boat out and attempted to bake a sourdough loaf in the slow cooker. As expected the initial result was an unappetising-looking, flabby white splodge, but a little turn under the grill and it was beautiful. And a lovely texture too. Fully electric baking for the win 🍞

Week 25: Shaping the inside of the front. Carved to a thickness of ~5 mm, then used a comedy-sized hole punch to mark a thickness of 3 mm, then thumb planing to take it down to that level. Looking seriously instrument-shaped now! 🎻

Late last night my next door neighbour asked for help with a bird trapped in her courtyard. Baby magpie fledgling was making unwise life choices, so I boxed it for the night & released it in my garden this morning for parents to find. It worked, & it is now making unwise life choices in my tree 😄

Week 24: Got the viola back to a nice finish. Sandpaper wasn’t enough, so it became a job for a scraper. Then a big step forward - starting to hollow out the front plate. Aiming for a final thickness of 3 mm. 🎻
