They operate on artificial scarcity (above and beyond the limits of their gruesome extraction process). The First Church ensures that even the Eternal Covenant™ tier has a waiting list. Lower tier lottery winners can wait in line even through the night to receive their “blessings” on High Holy Days™. (Universal Love For All™ financing plans available.) The Vatican filed a complaint.
