Since today is World Autism awareness day, I just want to remind people to not use the puzzle piece as it's heavily associated with Autism speaks, an organization that doesn't care for people like me and sees us as "incomplete" or "needing to be fixed" I suggest using the 🌈♾️ symbol instead.

Man I can't even leave the house without a panic attack and so much nausea. Even if I'm just going to get Millie, the dog I've walked by myself for 6 ish years. I can't do it without panicking. Once I have her I can manage, I can manage walking back home by myself. But I crash like hell afterwards
