Can we stop saying "non-binary people are valid" please. "Non-binary people are non-binary" is the equivalent. Every time this is said at an event or by an org I and many of the other non-binary people I know cringe and feel immediately uncomfortable. People have been saying this for years.

also also. The "bearded men" slur when employed about trans women is largely about one specific trans woman who was somewhat in the public eye 10 years ago but has largely retreated because of all the abuse she faced. She, like many women who have beards - both trans and cis - deserve safety too.

We really need people to stop saying it's "unworkable". The costs of its unworkability will be paid by increasing trans women's precarity and vulnerability to sudden legal and economic sanction. The system does not need to be coherent if it externalises the risks and costs of policing on to us.

The idea of forcing trans women into male spaces is as stupid and unworkable as ever. How the TERFs think this will manifestly change their lives remains a mystery, as they seem to have very little actual experience with trans people.

They barely notice us in public life, so life will go

on.
