Sneaky --delay the Medicaid cuts until 2029 but let the billionaire tax cuts happen right away. Plus some sneaky add-ons to the budget bill, including prohibiting states from regulating AI. The so-called party of deficit hawks and state rights is really just the party of billionaires.

Wow -- the nation's debt gets ballooned and billionaires stuff more money in their pockets. The rest of us get our safety net ripped away, govt services slashed, and higher prices due to tariffs. What's not to love?

What has DOGE done in Trump's first 100 days?
One hundred days into President Trump's second term, DOGE hasn't delivered on its promised savings, efficiency or transparency in meaningful ways. But it has amassed unprecedented power over data.

I see a lot of doomer posts that say it's all over for the U.S. If it's all over, why is Musk throwing money at the supreme court election in Wisconsin? Why is Trump talking about throwing money at the midterms? Maybe they aren't 100% confident that they have complete power.

What's happening today isn't a philosophical debate over whether democracy or autocracy is preferable. It's a smash-and-grab by the super-rich, who are bankrolling a torrent of lies to pave the way for widespread financial exploitation. It's organized crime, not politics.

When they talk about privatizing Veterans’ care and Medicare, they mean allowing companies to provide healthcare for a profit. But how do companies make those profits? By *denying* care to many who need it. Don’t get fooled by the “privatization” label. It means “for profit” and YOU are the cost.
