Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case. "Malfoid" straight up uses a mysogynistic incel term in the name; also, while the Petra trend is specifically "what if Peter Parker was trans," and mainly drawn by trans artists, Malfoid is just a direct gender swap by cis artists w/ no trans context.
