So Aneurin Barnard, our Rogue Trooper, is out here in Annecy, to help promote the film at the festival and went proper HERO today, chasing down, rugby tackling & holding a bag snatcher who had robbed a little old lady in front of him today. Held him till police arrived and then gave the handbag

After a literal year of confusion & turmoil with not knowing where we would be living come the end of 2025, today we finally managed to buy our home. It's over!!! Without the sword of Damacles hanging over my head, I can also now think about streaming games again, which means one thing... bitch!

For an unknown reason, the Greek version of the Donkey Kong Country cartoon series (called ΝΤΟΝΚΥ ΚΟΝΓΚ) added a smug Donkey Kong face as part of the logo that is absent from all other localizations of the cartoon, where the logo is made out of words only.

DK and Pauline via Procreate for the iPad Pro. I won’t lie, I do like the “Big and Small character” trope! Also, the Donkey Kong Bananza direct was amazing! I nearly cried 😭 Can’t wait for this game! 👏 #donkeykong #donkeykongbananza #dkbananza #dkandpauline #paulinedk #fanart #procreateart

DK shows Rosalina a photo of him and Young Pauline in the mines.

Rosalina can’t handle the cute picture of little Pauline. Meanwhile, Pauline is beside her a little flustered looking at the old photo.

#Eurovision did a top 10 countdown of the most streamed Eurovision songs in tonight’s semi final and they conveniently left out Joost’s Europapa from last year which has 178 million streams on Spotify. Pathetic from the EBU to hide that but what did I expect after last year? #JusticeForJoost

On top of the Switch 2 game prices, I think Nintendo are trying to raise the prices of their original Switch games too. They want to make these Switch 2 Editions the only new physical versions available to purchase in the future while the original Switch is still on sale. So from £49.99 to £64.99 🫠

My random online sources are reporting that Nintendo will reveal new information about the Nintendo Switch within the next 207 hours (subject to change). Which Nintendo Switch you might ask? Definitely the Switch 2 and possibly the Switch 1. How much information? More than we knew before.

You can tell who experienced the Wii U 2016 drought based on how they react to Nintendo possibly staying silent until the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct in April. A three month wait for an info blowout is nothing compared to the buyer’s remorse people had that year.

Can’t wait for the inevitable Furukawa statement if a Nintendo Direct happens this month. “This is Furukawa. There will only be games for the original Nintendo Switch console featured in the February Direct. There won’t be further Nintendo Switch 2 news until April so please be patient.”

It’s obviously another version of MK8 with some new features and character designs.” We are so back!

I can back up claims from a random person online that the Nintendo Switch 2 will not be revealed this week but will in fact be revealed at some point in the future. This is correct according to my sources which are my gut feeling and my desire for clout on the internet.

I don’t think the Nintendo Switch 2 will get a GTA 6 port in its lifespan. People thought for years that GTA 5 would come to the original Switch but it never did even though it was more than capable. Instead, you’ll get a Red Dead Redemption 2 port and you will like it!

Talked with PEGI and they do not see anything wrong Balatro being rated 18+, nor with EA sports FC (and similar games) having a 3+ rating Blaming EU laws, blaming storefronts, waiting for the future. Sitting on their hands I thought some good might come of this, this sucks

Nintendo doing the most Nintendo thing ever by adding some Splatoon 2 songs to their music streaming app which were exclusive to an album only released in Japan then suddenly delisting them with no explanation other than it wasn’t intended. Hope they become available again in the future.
