Yes, I’m not sure how to show it. If you read the first article of the critical care RCT trilogy you would see that I have been officially objecting for more than a decade, long before they moved to suspicion plus SOFA delta 2. My goal is for all young to see this math and decide for themselves

Wonderful Woodpecker. Beautiful call which echoes through our land. We had a blue bird nest in the houses they make in trees. I intentionally don’t cut down old dead cherry trees because they love them. Remember dead trees are part of the ecosystem. BTW They like peanut butter in harsh winter.

Here @iwashyna.bsky.social Read this. Understand the math or ask your favorite mathematician. This basic math is why critical care has the worst record of guideline reversal for harm of any specialty.

@iwashyna.bsky.social there is still time to save your students from the Petty-Bone indoctrination but it will take greater courage than I have seen from the consensus crowd to date. Read. Learn. Do failure mode analysis. That’s leading.

I was a major Fauci defender/admirer. He was editor of an amazing text. A leader. But now.. not so much. If you can’t see the COI manifested in that diary then you are a politically captured scientist/intellectual. For me it was a sad turning point. The gushing.. It is just too much to take.
