I got an email from the recruiter who helped me get my current job. The salary they're offering is about what I got 11 years ago (which is effectively much less when you're adjusting for inflation.) It's pretty bad.

it's been long enough that I feel ready to state this difficult truth: in SMW, Yoshi's yellow shell ability/Yellow Yoshi's ability with any shell feel phoned in compared to the other two. it's multi-use, but only at knife range. a fireball spread is more useful, and flight is more fun
