THREAD: we urgently need to talk about babies & Covid - AGAIN. A new paper has dropped looking at acute Covid-19 outcomes from Sep 2023-Apr 2024 by age for all England. Except for deaths, babies under 6 mths old have HIGHEST risk of A&E, admission & SEVERE hospital admission across ALL ages 1/10

Over the coming days, you'll probably hear the media saying COVID levels are peaking. Please remember, that doesn't mean the virus instantly vanishes. It takes time to come down from this very high peak, so virus levels will still be a high for a while. Keep taking precautions.

We announced our 501c3 and website in a Washington Post Opinion article on September 21, 2021. Our website was a simple tool. It centralized information needed to file a complaint with any State Medical Board. It was an honest attempt to stop U.S. licensed doctors spreading disinformation.

🔹Preliminary winter forecast is out. As JN.1 Pirola grows, it is forecast to push numbers up quickly in the coming weeks. There is a decent amount of uncertainty on how far JN.1 will penetrate our population's resistances, so a reasonable range for the peak is provided.
