Happy to be a part of this study in @cp-cancercell.bsky.social ! Many congrats to the Demir Lab for showing that pseudo-synapses between neurons and PDAC cells boost tumor growth! Blocking glutamate-GRIN2D signaling demonstrates promising survival benefits. Hope it can be translated into the clinic!
