Pancreatic cancer–restricted cryptic antigens are targets for T cell recognition
Translation of the noncoding genome in cancer can generate cryptic (noncanonical) peptides capable of presentation by human leukocyte antigen class I (HLA-I); however, the cancer specificity and immun...

I’m SO delighted to finally see first STAR-TREC data reported 🤩 #ESTRO25 Short course RT vs chemorad for organ preservation in early stage rectal cancer 61% vs 80% TME-free survival at 12 months ➡️ More organ preservation with long-course chemorad! #radonc #rectalcancer

Standard versus reduced-dose chemoradiotherapy in anal cancer (PLATO-ACT4): short-term results of a phase 2 randomised controlled trial
Good 6-month complete clinical responses rates were seen in both groups. Early results suggest rd-IMRT is well tolerated with oncological outcomes maintained. 3-year locoregional failure rates are awa...

PLATO ACT 4 results for dose de-escalation in early-stage anal cancer are out! Prof Sebag-Montefiore presents on the plenary stage at #ESTRO24 3-year locoregional failure 16.4% for standard dose IMRT vs 12.4% reduced dose IMRT Primary endpoint is met! Reduced dose IMRT is safe & effective #radonc

Birgitte Offersen showing the results of Skagen1 trial - hypofx vs conventional RT in high risk breast cancer patients with indication for lymphnode irradiation. Same side effects, same local control but worse survival. Due to lower RT dose? #ESTRO25 #RadOnk

ctDNA positivity was associated with worse DFS overall but significantly better DFS with celecoxib vs placebo in stage III resected colon cancer.
