Peeved at a friend who chastised me about Mitch the turtle on how much he's been through, and how he deserves a bit of respect. He enjoys health benefits that only the 1-2% enjoys. Most of us are screwed w/ high premiums, high costs of getting insurance, etc. No boo-hoo from moi.

It helped big time to ask Doctor and his nursing staff AHEAD OF APPOINTMENT that I needed better tall chair accommodations, and hinted that med-pros needed improved interaction with patients. Less attitude, more help. This made a huge difference in the assistance and visit was pleasant!

MN protestors #protip put 2 Idaho Russets in the oven at 420 degrees for 45 min, take them out and foil wrap, 1 in each pocket before you go out. Theyll stay warm for 3-4 hours even in this weather and you can eat em when you like. They used to send us kids out like this back in the 70s trust me.
