There seems to be some discrepancy as to what, exactly, Putin & Trump agreed. The WH says it was an "energy and infrastructure ceasefire," the Russian version says, "energy infrastructure ceasefire." Within hours, whatever it was seems to have been breached: www.newstatesman.com/internationa...
