Former Ukrainian Defense Minister Fedorov reports that Starlink has been restored to the previous setting so that it can be used for speed up to 160 kph (100 mph). In the last 24h the speed was throttled to 70 kph - 100 kph. Apparently, this “interference” has been corrected.

This is mind-blowing, I just did the math: every 24 hours, the United States consumes enough diesel and other distillate fuels to fill a gigantic pool 2 meters deep and roughly 565 meters long and wide. That's the equivalent of about 45 football fields.
