I will take one tomorrow morning, but the one I shared was from five months ago. I legit don't know how different I look. I am now rather intrigued to find out.

I appreciate that. Means a lot. I need to get back to the gym and back to consistent planks and pushups, but I don't think I've lost too much of this in the ~ 5 months since I took that.

Thank you, but it's hardly incredible. This is (much to my shame) the... sixth? Seventh? time I've had to lose this same weight since I was a teenager. If it had stuck the first time, yeah, sure, incredible. As it stands the only reason it's working now is because GLP-1's exist.

Apologies if that was worded strangely. The wife and therapist both believe that since I've lost so much (86 as of this morning) that I should engage in more body-positive activities so I can try and rebuild a more positive mental self-image. Hope you're amazing.
