For Republicans, it's 5% "enemy" and 33% "unfriendly". The distinction between these views is important enough to not group them together. Feeling Canada is "an enemy" of the United States is an extremist view, and we need to understand how popular it is. 5% is bad, but it's not 38%-bad.
