Annika Brockschmidt, a failed German TV reporter who’s carved a lucrative niche peddling anti-Americanism to Germans (and famously wrote an entire book about American politics without setting foot in the country), is now predicting the demise of American democracy."

👀🇨🇳 Despite Viktor Orbán’s ban, Budapest Pride drew a record 100–200K in a city of 1.7M. Marchers defied threats, but new Chinese facial recognition tech was deployed—potentially enabling (up to) €500 fines for participants. A police van with cameras was parked to record everyone passing by.

In this year's Budapest Pride, the spirit of Stonewall lives on. Pride is more than a celebration: it's about standing up to oppressors and never giving up on justice and equality. Proud of my hometown - thank you to the organisers and everyone who refused to back down! Time's up, Viktor!
