Late 19th-century English electric tandem, 1897. Used in the Bol d'Or race in Paris in 1899. Despite its innovative potential, the electric tandem did not achieve widespread popularity. Likely heavy and bulky, it nevertheless boasted a 750-watt motor that propelled it to speeds of over 64 km/h! 🚲⚡
