True story: The other day I woke up and forgot about a bruise I had. I was so half-asleep and bleary-eyed that I saw it and wondered, "Wait... When did I get a tattoo? It's an interesting shape and color..." Every time I see it now I just remember that and laugh.

Gotta love how recipe comments are like: I replaced the sugar with turkey drippings and the flour with dandelions. It said to fold ingredients in gently but I stirred them with a pogo stick and after all that work the recipe tasted like tin cans. Zero stars.

I've been really out of it today. A prime example of that just occurred. I was trying to put my phone on a countertop. I thought I had it on it. I let go... It wasn't on the counter, but right next to it, and fell on the floor. Good news: Case + rubber mat w/ carpet down there left it unscathed.

A little thing that made me happy the other day: A grocery store I don’t go to often (but did that day) has added a chair somewhere in the store, specifically labelled a rest chair. It’s such a small gesture, but man, that must help so many disabled/elderly/pregnant people. That’s really sweet
