Peth/Jonathan @jpeth.bsky.social · 03/08/2026Perhaps we need a 2027 calendar, with every month carrying a picture of a parched park or smouldering forest. You turn to January and there’s Hampstead, as toasted as it will be again come summer, February the flaming fields of Suffolk, March the smoking moors, you get the idea. All proceeds to XR. 000
Peth/Jonathan @jpeth.bsky.social · 03/08/2026So pictures of fires and parched parks are all over the news. Trouble is when the weather breaks this deathly heat stress will be forgotten. We need ways to keep these images in the public eye between now and when it returns, inevitably with greater severity, next year. Ideas needed. 000

Peth/Jonathan @jpeth.bsky.social · 11/10/2025Look up Vivian Gussin Paley’s work. As a teacher in Chicago, she invited children of under 5 to dictate stories to her, then made a space for them to play them out while she read them to the whole class.
