I don't want things to be like this! When/if we ever purchase another personal vehicle, I hope home charging will be way more accessible for everyone and we never have to buy an IC car again. But for now? The already-existing used Honda with 40 mpg was the "greenest" car we could afford.

Last repost: Same. For our use and location, we could only have gotten (non-plug-in) hybrid. We would have paid more for a similar-year-and-quality but bigger car that we liked less or paid similar for an older, worse version that barely beat our IC mpg. Bad cockpit design in most newer ones, too.

Look. I would have bought an EV for my last car purchase, but we have ZERO infrastructure where I live for EVs. My landlord hasn't installed chargers, and I can't just run a cable out of a second story window. I live in a major suburb - this isn't unique.

OK, just played this for the first time and might end up hooked. I'm nowhere near as elite as you are, but I nabbed 5 "no one else founds" on my first run, and one was a 94-point hit. This kind of gamification usually doesn't work for me at all, and I am charmed and confused about enjoying this.

N of 1, but this matches my experience of the diagnostic odyssey. The supposedly expert male GYN who saw me after (pre-diagnosis) complications landed me in the ER due to temporary bowel obstruction gave me a cursory once-over and said I probably had "anxiety and IBS." I had stage 4 endo.
