At 4 a.m. today, Israeli forces raided a five-story building in Al-Tur, East Jerusalem, forced Palestinian families out with barely anything in their hands, and demolished 10 apartments — leaving around 70 Palestinians without their homes.

Sarah Pochin bought Anglesey property two days after writing to minister about impact of second home ownership on rural communities A Reform UK MP bought an £800,000 second home on a picturesque Welsh island two days after raising concerns in parliament about the impact of second homes on rural communities. I'm not sure what surprises me most in this article about our local MP - that he's been promoted to be a shadow minister, or that he gave a speech at the Tory conference that made Reform look moderate. Quite awful.

I adored "Tartuffe" when I read it for A Level all those years ago, but I've never seen it on stage. This adaptation was everything you could hope it to be. Absolutely magnificent. Sir Mark Rylance in sparkling form, but the whole cast are superb. Hugely, hugely recommended.

Gotta say until you read the actual motion it's not clear just how rabid the Greens' positioning is. The motion calls for the end of the State of Israel.

Their manifesto was until quite recently just Corbyn era Labour. They were never that good on the environment. Until recently were in favour of leaving NATO. Their membership clearly swelled by all the magic grandpa clan who brought their antisemitism with them. A National shame.

I'd love to see a journalist explore any links between the Corbynistas kicked out of Labour and this weekend's Green vote calling for the abolition of the state of Israel. No longer the "nice" party. And Polanski no longer credible as a leader, after fleeing the scene: such political cowardice.
