The Creature is horrified to learn institutional Islamphobia exists (the man mentioned is Turkish), and the Parisian public will have none of that!

He was tried and condemned to death. The in- justice of his sentence was very flagrant; all Paris was indig- nant; and it was judged that his religion and wealth rather than the crime alleged against him had been the cause of his condemnation.

"Felix had accidentally been present at the trial; his horror and indignation were uncon- trollable when he heard the decision of the court. He made, at that moment, a solemn vow to deliver him and then looked around for the means.

I think their endgame is "win calitalism". Or at least, thats what my last few days on LinkedIn have taught me. God I hate that place.

This is what I call a "Jono-shaped game". I kind of struggled to find the link to the steam page, would you consider adding them in the body of the text, e.g. when you mention the game's title?

I agree with every word here, and yet there is literally no reason for them to ever want to do any of that. Monopolies suck and telling them what they could do with all their money feels like pissing into the wind. Maybe 15 years ago, when Newell was talking about "piracy is a service issue".

Well, I thought low paying ed-tech work would be safer, but I gues I was wrong. I just got let go from my job as a Unity dev after 2 years. Surprisingly, just regular layoffs, not AI layoffs. Anyone got any advice?

It's bonkers how "User agreements" are actually binding contracts where one party gets to change them whenever and however they wish and the other party has the options to agree or to stop using computers.

Three panel comic. Panel 1: on the set of the Jerry Springer show, a man sits in a chair. Jerry signals off-stage and says, “we have with us: your ancestor who crawled out of the ocean 375 million years ago!” Panel 2: the live studio audience is booing. Panel 3: security attempts to break up a fight between the man on stage, and his ancestor, a tiktaalik.

I am deeply upset with how well this game makes me try hard to do math. (okay, granted, it doesn't really need to try _that_ hard I already like math, but I don't _normally_ do it for funsies).

I just think its kind of quaint, and comes across as extremely non-threatening, so even if it was meant to echo nazis coopting the swastika, it still lands awkwardly. But that's beside the point, I'm criticising the politics presented in the shows first season as a whole.
