1/4 One of the recurring themes in Dungeon Crawler Carl is that the system degrades the longer the crawl goes. The AI starts out stable on floor one, but on deeper levels it becomes unstable: it starts doing things its creators never intended.

Tried Wizards' live game, Dungeon Masters. It's presented nicely, but I couldn't really follow what was going on, so I gave up. Tried Acquisition Inc's Daggerheart game too, didn't connect with it at all. Now watching Natural Six's campaign, and so far it's the one that's actually working for me.

One of my favourite mechanics in video games is the ability to push enemies off a ledge to their death. They added the "Sparta kick" to AC Black Flag, making a comeback from Odyssey. In BG 3, I love making a warlock with the improved eldritch blast that makes it push enemies away.

We have not posted enough updates lately. But WE ARE still working hard on #GodfleshRPG. TBH, it's a much larger task than I originally thought... Here is a peek at the game's writing pipeline. ^Icel

Table titled "Godflesh: Cycle of Inheritance – Chapter Pipeline," tracking 15 chapters across Draft, Design Review, Editorial Review, Rewrites, and Color stages, with word counts. Most chapters have a finished draft and design review. Editorial review and rewrites are still in progress or pending for several chapters, and five chapters haven't started yet. Total word count so far is 83,988.
