First hike since I caught lyme years ago (wrecked me for years - absolute hell). Took the little dude with me. Felt nice!

AI is a scourge. But it is important not to trust "AI detectors". I lost regular freelancing work because my client insisted I used AI to write copy (I didn't, but their AI detecting software said I did). This is a great thread with an excellent example of why these detectors cannot be trusted.

Had another dream that I was being buried in a cheese factory collapse. Rescue workers were trying to get me out as I always being enveloped by cheese wheels. I looked up at them, realizing it was probably too late, and said: "I guess I'm...parma-John" Then ... my vision was covered by cheese.

Dropping 0day isn’t the worst thing a researcher can do. It’s not ideal, but at least orgs can take steps to mitigate. Non disclosure is far worse. What drives researchers toward non disclosure? Threats from vendors. Researchers aren’t criminals unless their crime is curiosity.
