People who “break the law” should get Holiday Inn-level housing! Everybody should! A Holiday Inn is fine, it’s not that nice. (btw everybody breaks laws)
Being cruel to people who have done harm to others does not repair that harm, and it likely increases risk that they’ll harm again.
