A winter storm in Portland. High-Speed Winds, several inches of snow, dropping temperatures, and the city sweeping the unhoused community has resulted in a crisis situation. Here is what's going on and ways to support efforts on the ground.

Single-digit temps have left anyone without shelter at risk of death. Power has been lost at a warming station already, THE REST ARE FULL. Many living outside did not even ) hear about the oncoming storm.
