Let’s say earth had religion, but it’s pretty half-hearted: people humor the faithful but no one takes it seriously. If a nation declared in 2026 that they were God’s chosen, and that everyone else was inferior, they’d be labeled insane. Why is it OK just because the claim was made 2000 years ago?
